Christmas Bird Elves at work helping Santa, Ms Claus, and the Reindeer get ready

A series of Facebook posts of the 12 days of Christmas from Randy Puckett with the final days before Christmas Eve 2022.

The Maryville & Alcoa Bird Elves are busy helping Santa, Ms Claus, the Toy workshop Elves, and the Reindeer getting ready for December 24, 2022.

Follow along on this illustrated Christmas story by Randy Puckett of all the work to get Santa ready for delivering presents worldwide to all the good boys and girls.

These Bird elves are also decorating the local trees in the winter days with many Christmas colors during December in the East Tennessee towns of Maryville and Alcoa.

December 19, 2022 update: Christmas time is here! The birds from today’s photography walk are decorating the trees with blues, silvers, reds, whites, and more shades in between.

There are even icicles frozen silver on the green underneath! Look for more of these for the days leading into Christmas.

December 20, 2022 update: I ran into Ms. Claus overseeing a head Elf, 3 decorating Elves checking red berries and greenery supplies, an Elf taking a sunshine break from an underground toy workshop, a silver winged angel Elf trying out for a tree topping job, a red ornament back in a yellow tree, a golden black & white tree ornament against blue sky, and a hidden flying Grinch suddenly being seen.

And a Grinch is seen after going stealth-like in early flight, but I was able to capture him landing in a tree.

December 21, 2022 update:
I have 12 photos of Holiday colors for the 12 days of Christmas!

These birds are decorating the trees with blues, silvers, reds, whites, golds, creams, grays and more shades in between. There are even more icicles frozen silver on the green underneath!

Extra cold in East Tennessee so double the icicles today!

December 22 Update: Work is speeding up for December 24 for takeoff!

The 12 bird color days of Christmas continue. Checking and getting decorations of red & white berries along with green and maroon leaves.

A few birds are just Christmas colors on the trees. On the 12th day is a tiny Chickadee as a snowman.

And a tiny Carolina Chickadee as a mini Frosty the Snowman

DECEMBER 23 UPDATE: The Twelve days of Christmas countdown is almost done. A Red tailor Elf to fit Santa into his suit and a little light green Elf perched high to oversee loading the sled. Gray and cream Elf running on the ground to clear out the sled takeoff zone.

Santa brought in a green hover flight Elf for fast altitude gain. A flying tree Elf to help Santa get up to the tree houses and three red spotted-head Elves to charge up Rudolph’s nose battery.

Silver and Red Elves getting red and blue berries to feed the reindeer for the Christmas Eve journey.

Super red fly faster reindeer berries !

Christmas Eve Dec 24 …Santa likes to look his best and brought in a White Beard Elf to assist in making Santa's beard be snow white!

Due to the population growth worldwide of children, Santa enlisted some trainers from Maryville/Alcoa TN Greenbelt area to train his reindeer to improve their flight abilities. Merry Christmas Eve and Santa is already on his way all over the world!

Santa's beard groomer Elf... not rosy but yellow cheeks...?
All the flying consultant Bird elves brought in to train Rudolph and the rest of the reindeer to fly faster and safely during the Christmas Eve present delivery to all the good boys and girls!
